Alex Lecoeur advises on M&A – Corporate finance.

 

Before joining Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés in 2020, he was an intern at Herbert Smith Freehills and Davis Polk & Wardwell, and at the Legal Department of BNP Paribas Personal Finance and Siaci Saint Honoré.

 

Alex is French and American, he holds a degree from ESCP Europe (MS in International Business Law & Management) and a Master’s degree in Business law.
