Anne-Sophie Dalet focuses her practice on various aspects of EU and French competition law , in particular anticompetitive practices, merger control, state aid, and distribution. She provides assistance for legal advice and litigation issues.
Prior to joining Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés in 2018, she worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges for four years. She was previously an intern at various prominent international law firms, at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission, and at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Admitted to practice in 2014, she holds a Masters Degree (Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense University, 2009), a LLM in International Competition Law and Policy (University of Glasgow, 2009), and a Specialised Masters in International Business Law and Management (ESCP Europe, 2011).
