Olivier de Juvigny
Frequently involved in high-stakes European and French merger control cases and antitrust litigation, Olivier is recommended as “leading individual” (Band 1)
by Chambers & Partners and is among “the greatest lawyers of the market” according to Legal 500. He was designated “Lawyer of the Year” in Competition Law by Best Lawyers in 2014 and 2019.
After practicing in Brussels and Paris, Olivier became Partner at Rambaud Martel in 1998, before creating, with Thibault Reymond, his own team in 2004,
which won in 2006, 2011 and 2016 the Trophée d’or in mergers and antitrust from the magazine Décideurs juridiques.
Olivier de Juvigny holds degrees from ESSEC Business school, the Magistère
