Clément Poulet-Benedetti advises on French and European competition law.

 

Before joining Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés in 2024, Clement was an intern at Bredin Prat, the Direction générale de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes (‘DGCCRF’), and the legal department of Groupe La Poste.

 

Clément holds a Master’s degree in European Union economic law (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, 2021).
