Alice Margnes advises on M&A – Corporate Finance, mainly in transactional matters.

 

She began her career at FTPA before joining Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés in 2022.

 

Admitted to practice in 2021, she holds a Master’s degree in Business law – DJCE (University of Toulouse, 2017) and a certificate of specialization in Corporate law (University of Montpellier, 2017).
