Théo advises on M&A - Corporate Finance, mainly in transactional matters.

 

Before joining Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés, he was an intern at August Debouzy and Jeantet.

 

Admitted to practice in 2022, he holds a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law and a Magistère in Business Law – DJCE (University of Montpellier, 2020) and a MS’s degree in International Business Law & Management (ESSEC, 2021).
