Aurélie Fournier is recognized for her expertise on strategic employment law cases, in transactional and litigation matters. She represents companies and management in complex cases, in particular in international mobility, executive departures, and management of psycho-social risks (harassment, discrimination…). She also advises her clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and on employment relationships.
Aurélie Fournier became Partner at Dentons in 2014 before joining Peltier, Juvigny, Marpeay & Associés in 2019.
Admitted to practice in 2003, she holds a DEA in European law (University of Strasbourg).
