Julie Herzog is specialized in corporate and M&A transactions for public and private clients, family offices and entrepreneurs, with a particular focus on technology, luxury and hotels. She acts for issuers and investors in the French Tech industry and represents several Next40 businesses in their strategic, fund raising and build up transactions.

 

Admitted to the Paris bar (2004) and New York bar (2002), she holds a DESS in international commercial law (Université Paris X, 2003).

 

Before joining Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés in 2020, Julie Herzog practiced for more than 10 years in international firms in Paris and was the founding partner of IC Avocats (in 2015).
