Clément Wierre advises on corporate litigation and has developed a recognized expertise in complex corporate cases before French courts. He also represents his clients before criminal courts on white collar crime matters.

Clément has spent his entire career at Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés.

 

​Clément holds a Master’s in Business and tax law (Paris I, 2010), a degree from the Magistère in Economic law (Paris I, 2010) and an LL.M from Cambridge (2013). He is a visiting professor at the School of public affairs at Sciences Po Paris since 2017, teaching Digital Law, and wrote a book in 2020 on this subject (Quels droits face aux innovations numériques?, Lextenso Editions).
