Nicolas Partouche is recognized for his expertise in restructuring, in mergers and acquisitions and more generally for his expertise in corporate law and finance.

He represents both industrial and financial clients (banks, investment funds…), French or foreign.

Admitted to practice in 2001, Nicolas joined Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés in 2018, after being Partner at Jeantet in 2011 where he practiced in Paris and New York.

He holds a DESS in Business law (University of Rouen, 2000) and is the first French lawyer to become an INSOL International Fellow. He is also a member of the ARE.
