Ning-Ly Seng is recognized for her expertise in French and European competition law (merger control, state aid, antitrust and distribution litigation). She is involved in complex transactions, in particular in utilities (energy, transportation, postal, airports, etc.), aeronautical, automotive, agri-food, health, media, mass distribution and luxury sectors.

Admitted to practice in 2006, she holds a DESS in Economic public law (Paris II).
