Ning-Ly Seng is recognized for her expertise in French and European competition law (merger control, state aid, antitrust and distribution litigation). She is involved in complex transactions, in particular in the energy, aeronautical, health, transportation, medias, and agri-food sectors. 

 

Distinguished by Who’s Who Legal in the Competition Future Leaders category, Ning-Ly is designated by Legal 500 as one of the four “Next Generation Lawyers”. GCR also awarded her “rising star”. 

 

Admitted to practice in 2006, Ning-Ly started her career at Bredin Prat (Paris and Bruxelles) and Cravath, Swaine & Moore (New York) before joining Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés in 2017.

 

She holds a DESS in Economic public law (Paris II). She is a member of the APDC, the AFEC and the AIJA.

 

She is also involved in the promotion of diversity (member of the XXI Century Club).
