François Dietrich’s practice focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, investments, and the creation of partnerships and joint ventures, for both industrial and financial clients. He has substantial experience advising on matters related to investment transactions and strategic partnerships involving both public and private companies operating in sensitive contexts or involving complex issues, particularly in terms of governance.


François joined Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés in 2015, after first practicing both in corporate and litigation in a leading French law firm.


Normalien and agrégé de philosophie, he holds a Master's degree in economics (University of Paris Nanterre), a Magistère in modern humanities from ENS Cachan, a Master 2 in social sciences from EHESS and a Master 2 in political science (Paris II).
